Training

Basic training/ fire fighting/ first Aid and mock drill is imparted and the bearing of a raw person is perfected. He is taught to put on uniform. How stand at attention and at ease and to salute. The person is then acquainted with the means active and passive that allows the conduct of activities within the organisation without disruption. The training is based on two-principle viz. Intelligence and control. The recruits are taught the basic security attributes such as gathering information, prevention of crime, detection and aesthetics parts of the security. The entrants are taught to man and exercise various controls throughout CCTV systems control, physical search and maintenance of gate records/ registers. They are also taught to check details of entry /exit of men and materials. They are further trained to use their uniforms properly with a view to enhance the prestige of the organisation they are deputed to serve.

Administration

Administration of the men is our responsibility. We look after their Recruitment training, leaving wages, ESIC, EPF, and any other legal responsibility such as retrenchment etc. the enterprise is at liberty to direct us to remove, replace any of our men at any time not suited to its needs by giving a reasonable cause/ notice. Thus the clients are relieved of the entire administrative set up. We have a central control system. Our field staff has been equipped with communication to meet emergent situation of our clients. Beside we are planning to introduce as a modernization plan. A centrally computerized monitoring system, to give the best possible security coverage to out clients.
